(h) you means the Shopify merchant or user interacting with our App or Services.

(b) store information (Shopify store name, URLs, store owner details);

(c) transactional metadata (product details, images, item descriptions);

(d) brand-specific product details and images required to assess authenticity;

(e) any other Personal Information required to provide or support Verity AI’s authentication services.

4.1 We collect Personal Information when:

(a) you install and use the Verity AI Shopify App;

(b) your Shopify store interacts with our services (e.g., when products are submitted for verification);
